I want to schedule a session! How do we kick this off?

Woo hoo! We cannot wait to meet you!

Step 1: Read through our session options and figure out what works best for your household. If you need any help or have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Head over to our contact page to send us a message.

Step 2: Book and purchase your session. We have several locations to choose from—they are all so magical!

Step 3: We will then reach back out to you after the booking to coordinate a quick 10 minute video call. We want to meet you, your loved ones, and the pup(s) prior to the session. Great ice breaker for the photo party as well as an opportunity to ask more questions!


What can I expect during our session?

We prefer to shoot as stress-free as possible. Dogs are incredibly sensitive to our energy. Tap into your inner Cesar Millan (without the rollerblades, sorry Cesar…you make us nervous). We highly encourage everyone to be relaxed and work as team to create the best photos. The greatest moments captured are informal—where your dog is being spontaneous and having a hootin’ good time!

Rule #1: have fun! Corny, we know. You made us say it.


Can we shoot at a different location than what’s listed on your site?

Absolutely! We are game for new spots. We can shoot at other locations within a 25 mile radius of Austin as long as they are public locations without any photography restrictions. Photography permits required for other selections of your choice will inquire additional fees.


Does my dog need to be off-leash?

Goodness no! If your dog is reactive to its surroundings and it will give you a piece of mind to keep him or her secured to a leash, we will absolutely not jeopardize their safety or your sanity. Leashes can be Photoshopped out of photos if need be. With that said, please be sure not to have harnesses on for the sessions—a cute collar is perfect.

But hey! If you want to photograph your baby with their favorite harness, by all means, it is your world! Do whatever your heart desires.


How soon after the session are photos available for review?

Photos will be available for review one week after session.


How will I receive my final selections and/or full gallery?

Photographs will be made available after final selections have been made and post processing has been completed. Expect files to be digitally available within one week of final selections.


What if the weather causes a session CANCElLATION?

If our outdoor session needs to be rescheduled due to weather concerns, we strive to reschedule the session as soon as possible. As your session approaches, we will be in contact if the forecast is not favorable.


What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for a 7 day notice to avoid any fees. If you reschedule your session within one week (less than 7 days) of your scheduled session, 75% of the cost of the session will be forfeited.

Sessions canceled 7 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a 50% refund of the total session.
